Update on baby...

So I'm obviously horrible at writing this blogs so I finally decided I needed to update everyone on the baby situation!!

So I am 23 weeks and 4 days along today and I can feel HER kicking away! I found out about a month ago that it is a little girl! I had a feeling that it was going to be a girl and I am super excited to have her! I can't believe how terribly blessed that Ryan and I are to have a little boy and now a beautiful little girl. We've decided on the name Madison Jenna Miller. Like I said before, I wanted to incorporate Audrey somehow with our little girls name so we decided to use her middle name.

I'm also excited because I went to the doctor yesterday and I've only gained 8 pounds!!!!! I think that is tremendous for me because I gained a total of 50 pounds before w/ Ryry... I've been trying really hard not to let myself get to that point again... It just made it 10x harder on me to be able to get all of that weight off so hopefully I'll pop right back into place after this lil one comes! :) I finally got some batteries for our camera so I will put some pictures up of the belly soon! Love ya'll and I'll update more soon, I promise!!!

Baby Update!

So I went to my first doctor's appointment today and it was great... I talked to her about some of the symptoms I have been having...some of them worried me, but she assured me that everything I'm feeling is normal.

My due date is August 31st, 2009 - A day after Audrey's birthday. I really think this is going to be exciting/scary/upsetting all at the same time especially if my intuition about having a little girl is correct. I hope it doesn't upset Kelly or Shawn. I want to incorporate Audrey somehow in our little ones name. Not sure exactly how that's going to work, but I just know that I love baby Audrey so much and I always want to remember the short, amazing time we had with her.

Anyways, so I'm officially 11 weeks and 2 days along today! My doctor did an ultrasound and I could see the little one kicking away!! (They do say that little girls are more active :) Plus I've been having major back pain w/ this pregnancy... I never had that w/ baby Ryan. Anyways, so exciting stuff - I'll keep everyone updated soon!!!

Baby makes 4!!

So I found out last week Ryan and I will be expecting another little one! We're both so excited... so happy to have another addition to our family. I had off all of last week (from the 25th to the 5th of January). One of those days of last week both Ryan and I had off. I kind of played around w/ the idea of taking a pregnancy test, but never really told Ryan I DEFINITELY was going to. So I casually went into the restroom (I already had a test in my drawer) and after I put it on the counter, I closed my eyes and said to myself..."this is it." After three minutes, I look and it's positive! I go out in the living room where Ryan is sitting on the couch and kind of give him this smile (I have the test behind my back).. I kind of come up to him slowly and then show him the test and shouts "What's this? What's that? What does that mean!?!" Of coarse I smile and burst into tears and from there I thought I know I'm going to have a little girl!!!


We had talked about when to have another one and never really decided when. My reasons for waiting were only because of work. I thought if we waited maybe I would have a good chance of being able to find the job I would really want - Ryan didn't really want to wait b/c he didn't want to have our kids really spread apart...I didn't either..so this is really a blessing. I can't wait to see the little one growing in my belly!! I'll put some pics up as soon as my belly starts growing! :):)

This New Life of Mine

Some might not know, but Thursday, November 13th, Ryan and I officially are married. I'm so excited to finally be part of the Miller clan! So far, our plans are to have the "big" wedding next year some time that way we can have all of our family and friends with us to celebrate..it might be a little later, but like they say, better late than never! :- )

We're still living in Katy right now, but our lease is up in February so we will probably be moving back into Richmond w/ some old roommates. This will be a temporary basis until we can afford to live off of one income. We'll be saving up money living there so we can get a house of our own!
